Fall Festivities 2021

Prior to leaving La Grande for the winter, we cleaned the tree row. Our visitors seemed delighted for the grass even though the apricots were now gone!

On our way south we attended the fall gathering of Public Lands for the People in CA. Among the festivities was a coin hunt. We didn't find much value in coins BUT one of Joanne's had a "prize marker" on it. Would you believe the prize was a gold nugget! (We assure you this photo definitely enlarges the size from reality.

Upon arriving in AZ we were invited to a birthday celebration at the Hults home north of Phoenix. Sharon, Ivan, and their son all celebrated at this family gathering.

During the summer Ken's sister Terry and brother-in-law Dard moved to Phoenix in a beautiful senior residence. We've been invited to dine with them for delicious meals including Thankgsgiving Dinner!

Happy hour in Arizona City is always delightful! Our friends included those from the neighborhood and visitors Jimmie and Penny.

Each year we look forward to a new project. This November we hired an Arizona business to redo our garage floor and driveway. It was amazing for Ken and Jimmie to observe the multi-tasks that removed the cracks, top layer, and then used the propietary materials to make a surface that will last an extensive number of years!
