Our first look at the Atlantic Ocean came this morning on Nov. 3! We drove to Topsail, NC and both stuck our fingers in this eastern water! We watched people fishing and walked in the white sand.It may sound silly but it was actually a weird feeling to be looking eastward toward the ocean! After so many years going to the Pacific beaches, it was a definite unique experience.Driving south through Wilmington, NC was fantastic. What gorgeous large homes and buildings! This Baptist Church reached for the Heavens with its beautiful steeple. We now have gone into South Carolina and you'll be hearing about the beautiful beach tomorrow!
