Thanksgiving 2009

Following our visit to North Ranch RV Park in Congress, AZ we continued another 60 miles to Cave Creek for a visit with the Hults family. Sharon's investigation has resulted in the discovery that she and I are "second cousins once removed". Sharon and Ivan have lived here just over a year and have truly put in the labor making their new home a delight! We're so glad they've included a guest RV site. Here Ken enjoys a morning reflection right outside the front door of our motor home.


Truly this couple displays the epitome of artistic balance from how they arrange the rocks in the landscape to the beauty of their indoor living space.


This afternoon we indulged in a scrumptious Thanksgiving dinner with Sharon, Ivan, and their neice and family.

It is still a stretch of the imagination for north westerners to understand that Thanksgiving Day can be 80 degrees and sunny!
