The Atlantic sandy beaches at Myrtle Beach, SC look almost deserted in Nov. '06. As you can see... the condos, time-shares, and other hotels line the beach for miles and miles.
I think Ken, the landlord, is thinking...'Sure glad I don't have to take care of repairs in all these units!" :-)
