Thanksgiving 2006 was spent with Ken's family in Orlando. We were very blessed to meet the extended family of Ken's niece, some of whom were visiting from Mexico.Cindy provided an absolutely scrumptous turkey dinner! Visiting in her home for the first time was delightful.On Saturday, we drove to the Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Ocean. One of the most significant parts of this 2006 trip for us is to just be physically present at the geographic sites that we have heard about during our entire adult life. When the next launch occurs...maybe in early Dec....we will truly be able to visualize this location!
